Our Leaside Manor wedding packages include the venue rental, tables, chairs, and black or white linens. Events between 25 to 80 guests range from $59.98 per person to $98.99 per person depending on the option selected, customised requests and additions may incur additional charges. A deposit is required to reserve your special date. Wedding packages can be customised in consultation with management for less than 25 guests.
Brides and Groom receive flat rate of $189 night for best available room. Wedding Guests receive 20% off accommodations.
Decorating may be available at an additional charge – please inquire.
Buffet style includes your choice of 4 hot, and 4 cold selections from our event menu, tea, coffee and water, with cash bar service for up to 80 guests. This option starts at $59.98 per person plus tax and gratuity, this does not include decorations, or entertainment
Cocktail style, includes your choice of 4 hot, and 4 cold selections from our event menu, some hand passed items depending on selection, welcome drink on arrival, tea, coffee and water, with cash bar service for up to 80 people. This option starts at $84.99 per person plus tax and gratuity, does not include decorations or entertainment.
Full service sit down option for up to 30 guests, includes a 3 course meal with starter salad, dessert, glass of wine or other beverage, tea, coffee and water, with cash bar service. This option starts at $98.99 per person plus tax and gratuity, does not include decorations or entertainment.
Our base rental rate for weddings starts at $499 + HST. There is a minimum spend of $2000 to waive the rental fee for all events and functions. We do require a minimum of $500 non refundable deposit to secure your reservation. The base fee includes standard accessories including rectangular tables, chairs and white table linens. To make your event special, we offer event customization services such as dishes and glassware at an additional charge. Talk to us. We are experts at making events so very special.

Menus for weddings, receptions, cocktail parties, and other special events are prepared in consultation between management and respective clients. Please advise us in advance of any dietary restrictions. A selection of wines and beverages are available upon request.
