Elaine’s comments: Although Leaside Manor is classified as a St. John's bed and breakfast (B&B), we are more small boutique hotel or inn-like in size and operation. We offer our clients the choice of a traditional or contemporary suite or room, in a much-loved, heritage manor house, located minutes from downtown St. John’s, the harbour, and George Street. We like to name our suites. We believe it helps us give them personalities and it helps you identify with our facilities. We call this one after the community of Trinity - a picturesque east-coast treasure. It is not coincidental that the Bonavista and the Trinity are located next to each other in the Manor. In real life they are as well! I tell my clients when I assist them plan their travels, that not only need they spend time in St. John’s, but to miss Trinity or Bonavista is to miss one of this province’s true tourist icons. Trinity celebrates – in restored homes, informative museums and the best community street play this side of the Oberammergau Passion Play - the English merchants’ role in the development of Newfoundland. Bonavista remembers the wonderful cod and its now fraught-with-difficulty-role in the province’s economic history. Aqua and tangerine
work beautifully in this contemporary boutique style suite/apartment.
It is one of the relatively newly-built units, situated at the rear
of the house, with its own deck, private entrance, and ultra-discreet
half kitchen. The tub sits in the room, double, deep, and mirrored.

Trinity has become a favorite for corporate clients looking for
all the comforts of a hotel, in a contemporary and luxurious small-inn
