on-line reservation system available
We
at Leaside Manor are particularly excited to offer our clients
the convenience of on-line booking. Just click the “Check
Availability” button to view whether the suite of your
choice is available. Second stage will move you to actually
booking. Should you prefer to speak to someone at the desk,
by all means call us. Staffed 24 hours, we are available for
reservations between 8 a.m to 8 p.m. Email inquiries are quick
turnaround, as well.
Please
note that our reservation system does not allow split bookings
of different rooms over several nights. However, we may have
a lot more flexibility in room allocation than the system
indicates for that particular date(s). If, for example, you
require a multiple day booking, and the suite of your choice
appears to be unavailable for one of your nights - it may
be that we can "fix" that for you. Many of our bookings
are travel agent driven, and we have considerable flexibility.
So - in that regard - give the front desk a call, or an email.
Cancellation
Policy
Leaside requires $50 deposit per night,
per room/suite/apartment to a maximim of $250 upon booking.
The deposit becomes part of your payment for your room once
you check out. The deposit is typically non-refundable,
but we are flexible if cancellation is due to extraordinary
circumstances – i.e. medical reasons, serious weather restrictions,
etc.
If
you do not have a credit card, please know that you can drop
into the office, from 8 to 8, to make a cash deposit.
Changes or cancellations made within
48 hours will require payment in full for the first night
of the booking. These policies will also apply to gift certificates
and vouchers.
