Leaside is the
prettiest, and the busiest little inn-in-the-city! Our occupancy
rates, our Trip Advisor ratings, and our room surveys attest to
that! Not sure if it's that in-room, intimate breakfast that you
all take advantage of, or that you tell us you feel like the first
person who has ever stayed in that room, but you keep coming back
for more! And we are grateful for that! We like to think that we
do romance better than anyone else in the city.
We have designed
a series of packages and add-on options that offer you not only
great value, but which also build on those things that bring you
back time after time. When you book on line, once you select your
suite, you will be offered the options.

Booking
different suites for consecutive nights: The online booking
system will not allow you to select a different suite for each night
- just call the front desk to book in this case. As well, if it
looks as though you will be moving around quite a bit - why not
check with the front desk - we might be able to make this go away!
Deposit:
Leaside requires a $50 deposit/night (max $250) for each reservation.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will typically require payment
in full for the first night of the booking.
Extra
persons: Need a cot for an extra person – no charge
for under 16s - $20 per adult. Perhaps one of our apartments is
available – why not call us?
Package
1: "Wine or Flowers"
Red,
white or sparking wine are available. We can also arrange
for flowers to be placed in your suite. Both will be offered
as add-ons when you book online. Priced at $38 and $50 respectively,
these are handy and convenient ways to say "You are special".

You and your beloved need a break! We have just the package
for you! We call it our "Honey, let’s just go to
a movie" special – but at Leaside it is never just

online and you will be offered a variety of add-on options

After the
show, head home for a movie debrief in the double tub in St.
John’s most romantic accommodation setting. In the morning,

Gift
Vouchers and Fully Pre-paid Gift Certificates
Leaside Manor is delighted to offer accommodation gifts in either
a variety of Voucher denominations or as fully-prepaid Gift Certificates.
Please review the two options, and determine which best suits your
gift requirements.
Vouchers
Vouchers
are available in a variety of denominations: $50, $100, $150; $200
and so on. Taxes are paid on vouchers once the voucher is redeemed.
Fully pre-paid Gift
Certificates
Valid
for a year, fully prepaid Gift Certificates may be purchased for
either low or high season use. Rates will vary accordingly. Low
season Gift Certificates may be used as “payment” towards
high season usage. High season Gift Certificates, used in low season,
may result in a credit for future use. Balances are non-refundable.
Some restrictions will apply – particularly, Christmas week,
New Year’s Eve, and Valentine’s periods. During these
periods, Gift Certificates may be used as deposits towards full
payment of accommodation services.
