Leaside is the prettiest little inn in the city! Our occupancy rates, and our Trip Advisor ratings attest to that! Whether it's that in-room super breakfast that you all rave about, or the fact that you feel like the first person who has stayed in that room - or because Leaside just knows how to do romance better than anyone else in the city...we are busy.

In low season, we develop monthly specials designed to entice you to take that special time to yourselves. So remember to check this space often.

We set our rates in January of each year - so if you book this year for next summer, then check with us again in January to confirm the rates - and the packages. For example, our Saturday night rate in high season 2008 is $349 - but book two nights, and stay for just $225/night. Your wedding night just got that much more affordable!

The Manor House has 12 rooms/suites/apartments -- some are over-the-top romantic, some are perfect for folks who are away from home for extended periods - all include a full hot cooked breakfast.

Regarding Booking Specific Rooms, Suites and Apartments:
From time to time,and we hope very occasionally, Leaside will require flexibility in its accommodation allocation, and must reserve the right to substitute - be it rooms, suites or apartments. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause our clients.

Regarding Block Bookings in High Season:
For families who are considering booking Leaside for weddings, reunions, etc., please be advised that in all circumstances, where several rooms are being booked, Leaside will require the credit card number, names, contact information and number of occupants for each individual room booked. We cannot "hold" rooms without this information.

In circumstances where an individual wants to book the entire house, and charge to one credit card the reservation can be fully prepaid.

Individual bookings will require the standard $50 per night deposit.
