From the Trans Canada Highway (TCH) to Leaside Manor (39 Old Topsail Road address)
If you are arriving in St. John's via the Trans Canada Highway (TCH) #1, take the Pitts Memorial Drive exit to downtown St. John’s (Hwy 2). Next take the exit for Topsail Road/Southern Shore Highway #10. After a very short distance, that road will end with a T – turn left and follow the signs to Topsail Road. At a four-way intersection that has Sears/Village Mall on your left, and a large Shoppers Drug Mart on your right, turn right – you are now on Topsail Road. Follow Topsail through one set of lights, to the intersection where Topsail Road splits left and right. Keep to the right. Continue until you pass the graveyard - Leaside is located on your right just past the graveyard. Property is signed.

Lots of luggage??? Best to unload at the front gate. Ultimately you can park either in the two-car lot just above the house, or down the driveway in the back.

From the airport to Leaside Manor (39 Topsail Road address)
Come out of the airport - turning left onto Portugal Cove Road. Follow it until it intersects Prince Philip Parkway; you will have the Holiday Inn on your left. Turn right onto the parkway. Follow it - a considerable distance - past the university, past the Avalon Mall, to the four way intersection of Columbus and Topsail Road that has the Village Mall on your right and a Shoppers Drug Mart on your left. Turn left onto Topsail Road. Follow Topsail through one set of lights, to the intersection where Topsail Road splits left and right. Keep to the right. Continue until you pass the graveyard - Leaside is located on your right just past the graveyard. Property is signed.
